Manage multiple projects with external development teams. Lead and mentor Product Owners, fostering ownership and agility. Refine Agile methodologies to improve collaboration and efficiency. Leverage AI tools to innovate and enhance products. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, customer needs, and feasibility. Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to develop roadmaps and plans. Analyze performance metrics and market trends for data-driven decisions. Requirements Minimum 5 years in Product Management, preferably in AI or tech sectors. Experience managing multiple projects with external teams. Leadership skills, including mentoring Product Owners. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Hands-on with AI tools and understanding of AI in product development. Strong strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication for cross-functional alignment and execution. Experience in fast-paced environments focused on delivery.
