Senior Sales Director - EMEA (all genders) Germany or Spain (Remote) As Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing new business opportunities by selling our outstanding solutions in relevant markets. Active sales of TrustYou’s Customer Experience Platform, Customer Data Platform, and all other solutions to major hotel chains within the allocated territory via phone, webinars, and in-person meetings. Conducting detailed market research to identify sales opportunities. Developing activities and strategies on how to engage with key chains and stakeholders of the industry, to support TrustYou’s visibility in the market also for our new innovative solutions such as Customer Data Platform and AI agents. Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) making sure to achieve your quarterly goals and to provide a solid understanding for forecasting purposes. Reporting key results and business forecasts to senior management, providing insights that help in strategic decision making. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Strong sales mindset with affinity to software Fluency in English French or Spanish language skills in spoken and written - any other language is welcome The personal qualities of a winner (as part of the team) – self-belief, energetic, persistence, confident decision maker Has a strong understanding of enterprise service solutions, including CRS, CRM, CDP or RMS systems. Has proven experience in selling Customer Data Platforms or CRM.
