Rooftop General Manager

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. You will manage the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving financial success. Together with the Director of F&B, you are responsible for smooth TSH operations in our rooftop area, making sure the team provides the highest level of service and delivers the unique guest experience that sets TSH apart. In Case You Do Not Know Who We Are : TSH is known for being rule breakers in hospitality, offering a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, play, and be themselves. We operate like a hotel but offer more: student accommodation, long and short stays, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, eat & drink escapes, community, and coworking spaces. Based in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings planned, our hybrid hospitality concept aims to go global. What You'll Do : Lead by example: be visible, approachable, give direction, and foster trust, professionalism, empowerment, results, and fun. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience. Perform regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gather feedback, and use data analytics for improvements. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve targets. Oversee the creation and update of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences with the marketing team. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven team leadership. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets. A true problem-solver, confident in making decisions on the spot. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a positive attitude. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and confidently. A team player who inspires and guides others to excellence. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and proactive. Ability to build, lead, and motivate motivated, happy teams.
