Your Impact In this role, you will help build, maintain, and scale our infrastructure, focusing on high-availability, deployment, and monitoring solutions. A Typical Day Improve the high availability of our Dockerized microservices Launch services in Kubernetes Deploy releases to production and staging environments Enhance our CI/CD pipeline Build and maintain monitoring tools (logging, performance, uptime, tracing) Optimize database performance Assist with tooling and development Propose and architect new features Your Expertise Excellent Linux skills 4 years experience in software engineering or DevOps 2 years experience with Docker Experience with Cloud environments (Google Cloud is a plus) Experience with databases (NoSQL experience is a big plus) Knowledge of Python development Experience with API standards (REST, JSON-RPC, SOAP/XML) Experience with Git and CLI Experience with API clients like Postman or Insomnia Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI) Monitoring experience (Grafana or alternatives) Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Nice to Haves Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB Experience with Linux shells including Bash Additional Information This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days in Madrid office and 2 remote days. On-call rota covers 1 day out of 7. Fluency in English is required, with strong communication skills.
