Junior Supply Chain Consultant The Junior Supply Chain Consultant will support the firm's expansion into Europe. The ideal candidate should be analytical with strong organizational abilities. Responsibilities: Analyze client information to identify opportunities and generate strategic insights Research industry trends, key data, and best practices in Supply Chain to apply them in consulting projects Prepare strategic presentations for project kick-off, follow-ups, and closing, adapting messages for different organizational levels Support project management and coordination Collaborate with senior consultants and clients in planning, tracking, and executing initiatives Ensure deadlines and key deliverables are met using agile or traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall) Develop analytical models and tools for process optimization Profile: Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields 0 - 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or similar areas (Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Distribution) Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) Familiarity with Supply Chain Management software (Blue Yonder, SAP, or Oracle) Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic business plans Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment What We Offer: Professional growth in a dynamic and innovative consulting environment Hands-on experience with real-world supply chain challenges Mentorship and training to develop your expertise in consulting If you are passionate about supply chain management and interested in starting your consulting career, apply through this job posting or send us your resume at [emailprotected].
