This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and who can lead the team with a positive attitude while ensuring safety, maintenance, and smooth operation of the vessel. Requirements Chief Mate 3000, preferably Master 3000 GT TRANSAS Navi Sailor 4000 ECDIS certificate PWC Instructor license Strong knowledge of deck maintenance and repairs to assist and oversee the Bosun and Deck Department Comfortable with anchoring and mooring operations Experience in project management Ability to manage accounting and budgeting Familiar with SeaHub, LSA (Life Saving Appliances), and FFE (Fire Fighting Equipment) Comfortable with daily, weekly, and monthly checks Proficient in passage planning and conducting navigational watches Energetic, outgoing, and excellent at guest interaction, especially during a busy charter season Start date : TBC Location : Spain Salary : EUR 5800 Leave : Rotational Vessel and Itinerary – Busy private and charter vessel, single season-based in Spain.
