Global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to supercharge their corporate travel. The Role The Implementation team manages onboarding new clients. We are seeking a German-speaking Onboarding Specialist responsible for executing and launching implementations within your portfolio. You will analyze each customer's needs to propose tailored implementation plans. Your success will be measured by the completion and adoption of the TravelPerk platform among your customers' users. You will be the subject matter expert in change management and deliver a 7-star onboarding experience. This role requires excellent communication, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. While some technical understanding of integrations and open APIs is helpful, you do not need to be an expert initially. What you’ll be doing : Lead cross-functional teams to implement new clients successfully Plan, execute, and close implementation projects, including requirements documentation and client communications Review contracts, optimize resource management, and validate process quality Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during onboarding Develop strategies to achieve account ramp-up goals Prioritize accounts according to client and business needs Communicate complex technical information clearly Ensure team members understand timelines, tasks, risks, and issues What we look for : Proven success managing projects in an international environment Native or near-native German speaker Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience implementing products for different clients Experience in travel agency or training sectors is a plus Organized, structured, with strong analytical and recommendation skills Excellent communication skills in English Ability to build relationships internally and externally, adapting communication as needed Driven by challenges and making a difference Nice to have but not essential : Studies in Project Management Experience in the travel industry Prior experience in SaaS implementation roles What we always look for : Highly organized with strong administrative skills and a positive attitude Good cultural and team fit Calm under pressure Fast learner, tech-savvy Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity, generous vacation days, and health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowances depending on your location.
