Job Description

We are the premier Official Tour Operator to the Tour de France and a world-class reference for cycling tours, renowned throughout the cycling industry for providing best-in-class cycling experiences. After two decades of steady growth, the company is now elevating its standards. THE ROLE : We are seeking a CHIEF MARKETING & SALES OFFICER to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities : Marketing and Sales Strategies : Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Plan, implement, and evaluate campaigns and initiatives. Regularly assess product value propositions. Create marketing strategies for new products or markets aligning with company vision. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct research to identify customer needs, opportunities, trends, and challenges. Provide market forecasts and reports through data analysis. Digital Marketing : Define digital marketing strategies, actions, and KPIs. Manage website, email marketing, social media, and lead generation activities. Oversee creative campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI. Manage vendors and third-party partners. Data Management and Performance Analysis : Monitor sales and marketing performance, establish KPIs, analyze data, and assess ROI. Forecasting and Pipeline Management : Develop sales forecasting and pipeline processes. Track opportunities, identify bottlenecks, analyze trends, and manage channel partner relationships. Customer Relationship Management : Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions, track data, and improve retention. Use CRM insights to support decision-making. Qualifications : Degree in marketing or related field. 5-10 years of experience in a similar role. Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising, and CRM. Extensive experience in the US market. Fluent in English and Spanish. Passion for cycling. Commitment to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
