Job Description Leading FMCG company with a challenging role within a multinational environment. Responsibilities: Brand Development: Lead the development of the brand in Spain, including strategic and long-term planning, communication, portfolio management, and short-term execution with the marketing team. Accountable for the entire income statement. Team Management: Manage a team of 12 professionals across Communication, Business Development, and Innovation, with diverse backgrounds and roles. Strategy: Shape, develop, and communicate the brand strategy to internal stakeholders and external distribution channels. Purpose and Communication: Foster the brand's purpose and develop communication initiatives, leveraging social initiatives and working with the Foundation team. 360º Plans: Develop comprehensive plans impacting Off-trade and On-trade channels, aligned with the Strategic Brand Plan, including initiatives related to Price, Pack, and In-store Visibility. Innovation Pipeline: Define the future innovation pipeline for 2025-2028, including launch planning and collaboration with the Innovation Team. Marketing Leadership: Participate in the Marketing Committee, contributing broader business insights. Transversal Initiatives: Lead and participate in initiatives beyond the marketing scope.
