Build, test, and maintain robust and scalable ELT pipelines from internal and external data sources. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into well-structured datasets and dashboards. Design and build clear, insightful data visualizations and dashboards that empower teams to make data-informed decisions. Set up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data reliability and observability. Contribute to the data culture, helping to establish best practices for analytics engineering and data operations. Support the adoption of modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airbyte / Fivetran, Snowflake / BigQuery, Looker / Metabase). What We’re Looking For 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a data-related role (e.g., Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Engineer). Proficiency in SQL and Python and experience building and maintaining data models using tools like dbt. Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse Analytics). Familiarity with ELT tools such as Airflow, Fivetran, or Stitch. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and experience with tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment — proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership. Proficiency in English. Spanish is a big plus. Bonus: Exposure to software engineering practices such as version control, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.
