You will play a pivotal role in coaching, facilitating, mentoring and training the team(s) on their journey to more Agile ways of working What’s Involved? Shape the company transformation, and coach teams in Agile ways of working. You will be expected to assist the team(s) in embedding good delivery practices, helping to optimise value, proactively resolve issues/impediments and coach the team in a complex programme landscape. About You: A proactive, passionate and resilient Scrum Master to guide and grow teams who are new to Agile or need help with developing Agile ways of working A role model for agile behaviours with the ability to coach/facilitate/mentor/train others on the agile mindset, behaviours, frameworks and practices Experience leading meetings and workshops Ability to apply agile ways of working to a combined hardware and software landscape Key Information: Role: Scrum Master – Agile Salary: £40,000–£64,000 Depending on Experience Plus Bonus and Benefits Location: Stevenage – 3-4 Days On-Site per Week Average Eligibility: Must Hold British Citizenship Due to Security Requirements (See More Below) Key Skills: Scrum master, agile, team guidance, mentorship, agile practices and frameworks, SC This role would suit an outgoing, proactive and resilient individual who relishes a challenge and is interested in exploring and applying Agile in a unique context.
