Senior Site Manager – Greenwich Greenwich, London Up to £100,000 DOE Walker & Sloan are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected and forward-thinking main contractor, known for delivering exceptional construction projects across London and the South East. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a landmark project based in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and innovative team working on a complex, high-profile scheme. Role Overview: As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of health & safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all site-based activities * Liaise closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients * Drive progress and manage short-term and long-term programming * Ensure all HSEQ policies are adhered to and championed on site * Maintain excellent standards of quality and finish across all works * Lead and mentor site-based staff Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on major construction projects * Strong technical background with experience on mixed-use or residential developments preferred * SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities What’s On Offer: * Salary up to £100,000, dependent on experience * Opportunity to work on a prestigious project in a growing business * Supportive and collaborative working environment * Career progression within a dynamic contractor To apply or find out more, please contact Jack Houghton at Walker & Sloan
