Group Finance Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group, with turnover currently in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the business on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting Working closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business unitsThe business offers: Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 Bonus c.£5k A dynamic and acquisitive group with significant headroom for progressionIPS Finance has 45 years’ experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
