You’ll play a key role in boosting sales performance by delivering best-in-class programs that empower our global distribution organization. What You'll Do ✅ Lead operations, logistics, and execution for the Strateego Academy ✅ Own communications strategy and internal stakeholder updates ✅ Manage end-to-end program execution and cohort launches ✅ Analyze performance through surveys, feedback, KPIs ✅ Coordinate and produce engaging Academy sessions ✅ Identify and onboard internal subject matter experts ✅ Prepare impactful content and session materials ✅ Handle swag logistics for Academy participants ✅ Act as Zoom Producer – engage chat and energize virtual sessions What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills: 3–5 years of program management experience (preferably in a large, high-tech company) Strong stakeholder management – including C-Suite Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Comfortable using Google Slides and Sheets (VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.) Experience with sales or distribution teams Excellent communicator – both strategic and tactical You’ll Thrive If You Have: A proactive, problem-solving mindset Background in enablement or project management Strong attention to detail and time management Executive engagement experience A sense of humor, resilience, and grace under pressure A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo Ready to shape the future of sales enablement?
