Assembly Operative

Kinetic plc are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Operative to join a growing manufacturing business in Bolton, specialising in the production of medical units. This is a hands on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely. Key Responsibilities: Assemble medical products to required specifications Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and diagrams Use a variety of hand and power tools in daily tasks Perform general assembly duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety protocols Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or assembly is essential Excellent timekeeping and attendance record Positive and enthusiastic approach to work Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines Good housekeeping skills and an understanding of workplace cleanliness and safety Additional Information: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm Pay rate: £14.06 per hour Contract type: Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate This is an excellent opportunity to join one of our amazing manufacturing teams, so why not apply!
