Role: Electrical LVAP Location: Nottinghamshire (multiple sites across the county) Rate: Circa £450 per day - Outside IR35/LTD Company Duration: 18 Months Start: ASAP Sector: Water/Wastewater My Client, a Leading Contractor are looking for an Electrical AP/Electrical Supervisor to work on large capital delivery sites between Nottingham and Sheffield A great opportunity to join a contractor that have secured significant AMP7 & AMP8 contracts on the Severn Trent Water Framework. As an LVAP, we are looking for somebody who has had experience writing and managing RAM's for Sub Contractor delivery on previous Water/wastewater sector based projects, as well as carrying out LV Isolations. Responsibilities: ·Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors ·Supervision of in-house project labour resources ·HSEQ control and monitoring ·Liaison with the client representatives ·Identifying and planning installation resource needs for projects ·Writing Method Statements ·Writing Risk Assessments ·Liaison with line management on project performance ·Implementation of company safety, health, environmental and quality policies ·Ensuring and maintaining an acceptable quality of outputs ·Reviewing and issuing relevant permits to undertake works Requirements ·18th Edition ·Must have water or waste water industry experience ·SMSTS/SSSTS ·Experience writing method statements, risk assessments and H&S ·hold current AP status ·Hold a valid full UK driving licence Carrington West is one of the leading water industry specialist recruiters who cater for water utility companies, contractors and consultancies attached to the UK water AMP 7/8 frameworks for both permanent and contracts staffing solutions.
