Director Of Operations

Lead the operations of the UK's leading basement waterproofing consultancy. Drive excellence in project and contract management, provide team leadership, and contribute to business strategy within an Entrepreneurial Operating System. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee project and contract management, ensuring compliance and managing tenders. * Implement efficient business processes and provide managerial oversight to the technical team. * Develop quarterly objectives and manage internal budgets. * Contribute to service offering and business strategy. * Support the development of technical reports and presentations. We're Looking For: A leader with a proven track record in UK construction, possessing: * A construction-related degree (Chartered status preferred). * 5 years post-chartership experience with a leading consultancy. * Deep understanding of UK construction contracts, defect analysis, and procurement. * Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agent roles.
