A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Consultant with expertise in LS Retail to join a growing team. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the nearest office, offering flexibility and career growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail , troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Work closely with customers to understand, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional queries. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Support system upgrades, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality. Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring clients maximise their ERP investment. Skills & Experience Required: ✅ Strong experience supporting LS Retail within a Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment . ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues. ✅ Technical/development background considered if combined with strong communication skills . ✅ Experience working in a customer-facing role , providing high-quality support services. ✅ Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with teams when needed.
