The service is well-positioned for its next stage of growth and is seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader to take the reins. The branch has a strong operational foundation with a loyal client base and dedicated team, making it a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or a high-performing deputy ready to step into full leadership. Key Responsibilities Hold the registration and ensure service compliance with Care Inspectorate standards Lead a team of care coordinators and field staff, driving quality care delivery Focus on service growth by increasing care hours and private client engagement Work collaboratively with support functions in scheduling, recruitment, HR, and training Maintain and build relationships with local partners and stakeholders What We’re Looking For Experience as a Service Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy in domiciliary care Understanding of care compliance and home care regulations in Scotland A confident and personable leadership style Commercial awareness and the motivation to grow a service Experience working with or ambition to work in private-pay care settings Benefits Competitive base salary of £30,000-£35,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) Bonus structure tied to service growth and performance targets Strong central support functions across business development, HR, and compliance Career development with a recognised, values-led provider Supportive environment with structured training and mentoring Schedule Monday to FridayOffice-based with occasional out-of-hours responsibilities Work Location Office-based role in Glasgow South, covering surrounding areas Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy for this permanent vacancy.
