What you’ll be doing: * Proactively generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach * Managing the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying leads to booking viewings and closing deals * Building strong relationships with potential clients and tailoring proposals to meet their needs * Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) up to date with activity and progress * Making approximately 50 quality outbound calls per day to key decision makers What We’re Looking For * A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for building relationships * Strong communication skills with a consultative, professional approach * Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, real estate, or business development * Comfortable working to daily targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organisation and time management skills * Confidence using CRM tools (especially HubSpot) and Microsoft Office * A team player who is self-motivated and eager to contribute to wider business growth * Smart, professional appearance with a positive attitude and high personal standards * Making approximately 50 quality outbound calls per day to key decision makers What We Offer * Competitive salary with OTE * Genuine opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Company pension – 4% (employee contribution 4%) * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Medicash health plan * Life assurance * Weekly lunch allowance * Full uniform provided after 6 months’ probation period * Team days – Summer and Christmas * The chance to be part of a respected, growing brand in the flexible workspace sector
