Requirements * Previous experience working with children, particularly in a teaching or childcare setting. * Knowledge of special education practices, especially related to working with children on the autism spectrum. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. * A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of taking initiative when necessary. * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards children's learning experiences.
