Regional Financial Controller

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a high-impact role within a leading organisation? We're seeking a Regional Financial Controller to take full P&L ownership for a key UK region within our business. In this role, you'll provide critical financial oversight, strategic analysis, and robust support to drive performance across the region. You'll lead a talented finance team and be a key partner to operational leaders ensuring strong financial controls while influencing commercial decisions. What You'll Be Doing: Take full responsibility for regional P&L performance, financial reporting, and control. Lead the preparation of flash reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and a rolling three-year strategic plan. Support business cases, pricing strategies, bids, tenders, and investment appraisals. Deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive better decision-making. Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple sites. Identify risks and opportunities, while working closely with business unit leaders to optimise financial outcomes. Present detailed financial analysis and reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Lead capital expenditure (CapEx) submissions and evaluate financial viability of proposals. Continuously challenge and improve financial processes and controls. What We're Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA). Proven experience owning full P&L responsibility. Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills. A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. High level of integrity and a disciplined, self-motivated approach. Why Join Us?
