Roofer

One of our clients is recruiting for a highly competent Roofer to work in the Manchester area. Our client is a well-established contractor based in the Northwest. On their behalf, we are recruiting for a skilled and reliable Roofer to work on a temporary basis through Building Careers UK. The Role We're looking for an experienced Roofer to support ongoing maintenance and repair projects across domestic and/or commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone with solid roofing experience who can work independently and efficiently on site. Key Duties Carry out repairs and maintenance on flat and pitched roofs Install or replace roof coverings (tiles, slates, felt, etc.) Ensure all work is weatherproof and compliant with safety and building regulations Work on both occupied and void properties Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness Follow job specifications, health & safety policies, and client expectations Requirements NVQ Level 2/3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification Previous experience in a similar roofing role Own tools (preferred) and full PPE Full UK driving licence CSCS card Please call Lucy at Building Careers on (phone number removed) This position is on a CIS basis.
