2nd Line Support Engineer

Job title: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location; South West London (Wimbledon) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE About the role / company This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT Support company based in SW London are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer. As a business they work with some established clients in London who trust them with all their IT support issues. This includes customers in both the Public / Private sector with some recent growth in their customer base. The role is to support and work with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies. Ideally you will have at least a few years of experience supporting customers at a 2nd Line level and have skills in the following technologies; Key skills required: Office 365 support and administration Managing SharePoint permissions PowerShell Scripting Azure Active Directory Windows Servers administration Mac exposure Not essential but nice to have: Previous experience working with a consultancy / MSP M365 Certifications As part of this role the company will offer opportunities for growth into 3rd Line / leadership position depending on ambitions, along with Microsoft training allocation and development, plus many other benefits.
