The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and resources. Job Description : We are seeking a Site Manager with experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in metal-mechanical projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, supervising adherence to timelines and quality standards, and managing resources. Responsibilities : Management and control of resources on-site. Coordination of fieldwork to ensure compliance with project guidelines (quality, HSE, management, construction, and design). Responsible for project execution according to quality and timeline requirements. Supervision of detailed construction schedules and their progress. Identification of potential critical issues and management of corrective actions. Preparation of reports as per work instructions and specific project procedures. Regular updates on project progress to planning teams. Requirements : Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction projects, preferably in LNG storage projects. English proficiency at B2-C1 level; knowledge of German is an advantage. Experience in team management and execution of works in industrial projects.
