Associate Project Manager

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience for a position in Houston, Tx. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovation work, across various locations. Duties include managing project schedules, budgets, and scope from pre-development through completion. Will collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and municipalities to ensure projects meet specifications, quality, and safety standards. Must have experience with construction scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, permitting, and change order processing. Must be proficient in MS Office and construction management software such as Yardi, Procore, or Sage. Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
