Job Title: Quality Analyst (Entry / Mid / Jr. Level) Employment Type: W2 Only Location: New York Job Description: Midwestern IT is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and testing software applications to ensure they meet business and technical requirements. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with QA methodologies and tools. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects. Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues. Perform regression, functional, and performance testing. Ensure software quality standards and best practices are met. Required Qualifications: Must be a Green Card holder, U.S. Citizen, or H4 EAD. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
