Assist in generating client invoices, managing collections, and applying payments. Verify employee timesheets and assist with payroll preparation. Maintain accurate financial records and update the accounting system as needed. Support project entry and updates in the Deltek Ajera system, assisting Billing and Project Managers. Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting at the end of each month. Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies. Provide assistance to the accounting team, including Billing Specialists, Controllers, and Project Managers. Bookkeeper's Qualifications: 2 years of Accounting or bookkeeping experience Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus Salary: $65,000-85,000 inmar2025 zrcfs LI-SG2
