What You’ll Do Your role as HR Generalist includes a variety of responsibilities integral to our team’s success: Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with department leaders to source, attract, and onboard top talent while delivering a memorable candidate experience. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and workplace matters. Benefits & Compliance: Assist with administering benefits programs and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws. Training & Development: Identify employee development opportunities, support training programs, and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning. HR Administration: Oversee employee records within HR systems, facilitate payroll updates, and provide accurate reporting as needed. What You’ll Bring Experience : 2 years in a professional HR role; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
