The Role We are looking for experienced, client-focused Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate their home-buying journey, from first-time buyers to seasoned property investors. Responsibilities Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients based on their unique circumstances Conduct consultations via phone, video (if needed) Recommend suitable mortgage products and explain complex financial information clearly Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process with the support of Client Services Manager Stay up to date with market trends, lenders, and regulatory requirements Maintain detailed records and ensure full compliance with FCA guidelines What We're Looking For CeMAP qualified Minimum 1 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser or consultant Strong knowledge of UK mortgage products and lenders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools and CRM systems Self-motivated, proactive, and client-centric Ready to join us?
