Our client — an ambitious and expanding data centre operator with growing presence across the UK, EMEA, APAC, and MENA — is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Campus Data Centre Manager to lead operations at a flagship London site. This is a pivotal role for a confident leader who takes full ownership of site performance, drives process excellence, and helps shape a healthy, collaborative culture. You’ll be instrumental in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable operations — while championing continuous improvement and operational best practice. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of campus operations including engineering, facilities, security, and client services. Lead by example to embed a culture of accountability, respect, and wellbeing. Continuously improving operational processes and service delivery frameworks. Oversee vendor management, performance reporting, and budget controls. Act as a key liaison between site operations and senior leadership to align with wider business goals. What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in hyperscale or mission-critical data centre environments. A hands-on, solution-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Strong technical understanding of critical M&E infrastructure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
