AVD Infrastructure Specialist

We are delighted to be working with this company based near Royston. They are recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working. This role requires Security Clearance and applicants are therefore required to be a British Citizen or Dual UK National (including British Citizenship). Key responsibilities will include: Support and develop existing company infrastructure Lead implementation projects across the department (Azure VD) Being a point of contact for 3rd line technical issues Administrating and maintaining Windows Server Management of networks and cloud-based infrastructure Help manage suppliers and equipment procurement The successful candidate will have: Excellent cloud knowledge and experience in Azure Virtual Desktop implementation Proven experience in similar role supporting cloud-based infrastructure Proficient in M365, Exchange, VMware, and firewall management Good networking knowledge (ethernet, VLANs, routing, switching, IP addressing) Excellent troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Sole British Citizenship If this role looks like your next challenge, please contact Sam ASAP or apply via this advert!
