THE ROLE: Collaborate with the Head of Systems & IT and key stakeholders to carve the roadmap Utilise Languages such as Python, Java, PHP and Laravel to shape the technical landscape Champion CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment strategies Bring bold, fresh ideas to the table and help bring them to life Guide the evolution of our internal platforms and web-based systems Technical Skills needed: 3 years of experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g. Python, PHP, Java, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) Strong database knowledge (SQL, MySQL) Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools Strong understanding of web architecture, cloud environments, and scalable systems Excellent communication and mentoring skills Familiarity with Jira and Confluence a bonus Why Join?
