Up to £75,000 Excellent Benefits The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity to work on a flagship UK military satellite programme as a Verification Lead focused on digital signal processing and firmware evaluation . You'll join a leading space technology consultancy with a 60 year heritage in secure satellite communications, Earth observation, and space operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring supplier-built satellite components meet the highest performance and security standards. Role Overview: You will act as a technical verification authority , working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to evaluate satellite hardware, firmware (e.g. FPGAs), and digital communication systems. This role involves travel to client and supplier sites (approx. 1 day per week), with expenses fully covered. Key Responsibilities: Lead space segment verification of digital hardware for a high-profile satellite system Evaluate firmware and DSP components for performance, compliance, and resilience Track supplier progress, identify risks, and deliver independent assessments Ensure technical documentation and testing processes align with project standards Communicate findings and updates with internal teams and government stakeholders Essential Requirements: Active SC Clearance (British nationals only) Strong background in satellite systems , digital electronics , and DSP/FPGAs Experience in verification and validation of hardware systems Skilled in managing supplier relationships and reporting on risk/progress Willingness to travel 1 day per week Whats on Offer: ??
