NPI Engineer

NPI Engineer Co. Down £40,000 £41,500 I am partnering with a leading manufacturer in County Down to recruit an NPI Engineer to support the introduction of new products into their production environment. This is a fantastic role for someone from an electrical engineering background who enjoys working cross-functionally and seeing ideas come to life on the shop floor. Your Role Will Involve: Coordinating new product introductions from concept through to production launch. Supporting engineering, production, and quality teams with smooth transitions. Creating and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and testing plans. Troubleshooting early-stage production issues. Key Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or relevant industry experience. Prior experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering roles.
