We’re growing fast and looking for Junior and Mid-Level Python Engineers who are passionate about code, creativity, and impact. What You’ll Be Doing Building and maintaining scalable backend services in Python to support content delivery, analytics, and engagement Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, and creative tech to bring bold ideas to life Contributing to microservices architecture and API integrations across platforms Writing clean, efficient, and testable code in a fast-paced environment Continuously learning and growing as part of a supportive, dynamic team Tech You’ll Use Languages: Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Cloud: AWS / GCP Bonus: Familiarity with front-end tech (React/TypeScript), media delivery systems, or machine learning pipelines What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of professional experience working with Python Solid understanding of backend fundamentals, APIs, and data structures A love for solving real-world problems through technology Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and collaborate Experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries is a plus (but not required!)
