Customer Service Executive

Rate : £13.32ph Location : Derby Term : 4 weeks Hours : 37 hours Monday – Friday Do you have experience dealing with customers? Are you self-motivated, resilient and have a passion for customer service? Our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join their team for 4 weeks and this could be the job for you. Benefits: Weekly pay Competitive salary 33 days paid holiday (pro-rated) Key Responsibilities: Handle a large volume on inbound calls Provide helpful, friendly support to customers. Address questions, concerns, and issues. Accurately record customer information and conversation details in our system. Ensure that customer inquiries are fully resolved, following up where necessary. Keep up with product updates, promotions, and company policies.
