The Role As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of land and property litigation matters, handling a range of disputes, including: Trespass Nuisance claims Boundary disputes Adverse possession Landlord and tenant cases You will work closely with clients, providing expert legal advice while ensuring the efficient and timely resolution of cases. Ideal Candidate A qualified solicitor with c. 3 years' PQE in property litigation. Strong experience managing property disputes and court deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in handling complex issues and working efficiently under pressure. Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills. Adaptable, supportive, and flexible in approach to legal work.
