Day-to-day of the role: Plan and deliver engaging science lessons tailored to the individual needs of students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of the science curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
