Maintenance Manager Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 Shift: Days Location: Barnsley I am recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join an established industrial manufacturer, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a strong manufacturing background, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills required for the Maintenance Manager: Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Electrical Bias HNC or Bachelor's Qualified Ability to manage a team and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
