Managing a portfolio of clients for the Practice - Providing excellent service and advisory across Accounts, Tax & all compliance/regulations. Client Details A fantastic forward thinking Practice going from strength to strength, expansion and growth. Description Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Prepare and file annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns Provide accounting and tax advice to clients Ensure compliance with UK accounting regulations and legislation Supervise and train junior staff members Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Identify and propose business development opportunities Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Minimum of 2/3years' experience in a similar role within a small practice Sound knowledge of UK accounting regulations and legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of accounting software Job Offer Competitive Salary Career Progression Fantastic Leadership team and Practice culture
