About the Role: As the Executive Chef / Head Chef , you will be the driving force behind the kitchen, leading a brigade of 10 chefs across both high-volume staff dining and premium hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations across staff dining and hospitality Lead, inspire and manage a team of 10 chefs Drive innovation, food trends and seasonal menu development Staff dining catering for Ensure exceptional quality, presentation and consistency of food Maintain strict compliance with food safety and health standards Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with client and contract management teams Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within contract catering - ideally in law firms, financial institutions or similar City environments Strong background in managing both staff dining and hospitality Hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends Confident managing budgets, stock, suppliers, and compliance Available Monday to Friday - work/life balance guaranteed This is more than just a Head Chef role - it's your chance to take ownership of a prestigious new contract, build a culture of food excellence, and shape the future of catering within one of London's top law firms.
