We are looking for someone like you to join our team!If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work on kickstarting the daytime fresh food offer at BEAM- a world-class Arts & Culture destination- designing and delivering delicious menus for visitors. What will you be doing? Lead on the development of new menus ensuring dishes are costed to achieve the agreed GP%. Prepare and serve food to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product and cost control. Place all food orders as required and check in deliveries. Manage kitchen hygiene and equipment About you As an ideal candidate, you will have: Experience in Menu Planning & development Good numeracy and literacy skills Experience of working in a busy kitchen/ food service environment The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team Energy and enthusiasm for what BEAM is creating with a passion for delivering excellence What can we offer you?
