What you'll do: Ensure the customer receives the warmest possible welcome Oversee day-to-day operation Set clear team goals Monitor team performance and report training needs Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Assist with team building activities What we're looking for: Experience as a team leader or supervisor is desirable Good technical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Organisational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Able to anticipate needs What's On Offer: Rate of pay £13.21 per hour plus tips (average £25 - £30 per day).
