Conveyancing Fee Earner - Camberley Location: Camberley, Surrey Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Department: Residential Property / Conveyancing Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-regarded and friendly law firm in Camberley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and new builds. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors. Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the case management system. Provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction. Proactively progress transactions and resolve issues efficiently. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Paralegal with experience will be considered). Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
