A leading construction consultancy is seeking a talented Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. Conducting detailed measured surveys of existing buildings and sites, with attention to detail. Visiting sites to carry out thorough inspections and providing comprehensive inspection reports. Inviting tenders for the main contract, performing tender analysis, and compiling detailed reports.
