Job Description

We are working with a global network of independent record labels, built on a love for music who are currently looking for a Graphic Designer. This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior or midweight designer looking to work across a wide range of music campaigns – from vinyl packaging and motion assets to digital ads and social content. You’ll collaborate with artists, managers and marketing teams, contributing to visual storytelling at every stage of the process. Key Responsibilities: Create visual concepts for artist campaigns and releases (albums, EPs, singles – both physical and digital) Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms, including print, digital, motion, and static assets – e.g. lyric videos, teasers, product mockups, social content, ads, animated artwork, and AR filters Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to develop creative and original campaign ideas Design packaging and prepare artwork for print, working with templates and liaising with reprographics and production teams Work directly with artists and their managers to develop creative ideas What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in design (studio, in-house or freelance) Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) A creative, contemporary portfolio with print, digital and motion work Proactive approach and great communication Passion for music and culture What's In It For You: The position offers a competitive salary package, Holiday Buy Scheme, Summer Fridays and many more.
