Job Description
Stock and Finance Administrator Location: Crewe Salary – £25,000 Axon Moore are currently partnering with a well-established and growing business in the Crewe area where a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Stock Administrator to join the Finance Transactional Services Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and has a solid understanding of all functional aspects of stock management. We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities: Accurately verify and input stock receipts into internal systems Confirm delivery quantities for the previous day’s deliveries Enter third-party and miscellaneous stock receipts Process stock adjustments as required Reconcile daily bulk stock levels and investigate discrepancies Balance miscellaneous stock records Contribute to the ongoing review and development of stock processes, ensuring robust controls are maintained Skills & Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume transactional environment In-depth knowledge of stock management functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems What We Offer: 37.5 hours per week 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Option to purchase up to 5 additional days of holiday per year Monthly employee recognition awards Contributory workplace pension Healthcare cashback plan Cycle to work scheme Life assurance coverage If you are interested in applying for the role of Stock and Finance Administrator, please contact Charlotte Hilton at (url removed)
