Solutions Consultant (Remote - UK, ideally NI) Up to £70,000 DOE bonus MCS is proud to be partnering exclusively with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company that's transforming how organisations manage documents, workflows, and business-critical information. As part of their continued UK expansion, they're looking for experienced professionals to join their UK Services team as Solutions Consultants. About the Role: This isn't just another consulting job - we're looking for individuals who truly understand the industries they serve. If your background is in Financial Services, Scientific Research, Insurance Brokerage, Wealth Management, Audit, Tax, or Energy, this role will allow you to leverage your industry knowledge to design and deliver impactful solutions for clients. This is a fully remote role, ideally suited to those based in Northern Ireland, though candidates across the UK are welcome to apply. What You'll Be Doing: Leading client onboarding projects, helping them unlock the full value of the platform from day one Configuring document workflows, automations, and metadata structures without needing to code Providing expert guidance on information management, compliance, and workflow optimisation Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Architects) to ensure smooth project delivery Supporting clients across the UK, EMEA, and US, using your industry knowledge to build lasting relationships Sharing best practices for internal systems and processes, enhancing clients' operational efficiency What We're Looking For: 3-7 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, audit, tax, scientific research, insurance brokerage, or energy Strong understanding of internal systems and process optimisation, including tools like Excel, CRM platforms, or bespoke internal systems Comfortable with user interfaces for building automations, setting metadata, and managing workflows Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, from end users to C-level executives Confident working independently and managing your own workload - you'll have the freedom to lead projects without hand-holding Nice to Have: Experience with SaaS platforms, document management, or workflow automation Familiarity with internal transformation projects or digital process improvements within large organisations Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements Salary & Benefits: Up to £70,000 base (negotiable depending on experience) Performance bonus Fully remote working - preference for NI but open UK-wide 25 days holiday public holidays Health insurance for you and your immediate family Life and critical illness cover Travel insurance (work and personal use) Pension with 5% matched contributions Recruitment Referral Scheme Long service awards Access to mental health and wellbeing support If you're looking for something a bit different, where you can fully leverage your industry knowledge in a client-facing role, this opportunity with a smart, process-led SaaS company that values autonomy and clarity could be the perfect fit.
