Contractor Management Lead – H&S Surrey £50,000 - £60,000 benefits We are currently working with a leading Facilities Management organisation, who have a new opportunity to join their FM team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in implementing Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and ensuring the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office within a dynamic, multidisciplinary science and research environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the efficient operation of the Contractor Management Office. Ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and site regulations. Review and approve Site Authority to Work Documents and Permits to Work. Verify contractor paperwork and ensure adherence to RAMS. Address client queries and offer expert advice on SSOW. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications NEBOSH Certificate. Experience within a Health and Safety role. Experience managing or supervising a small team in a permit office/SSOW environment. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while implementing process improvements.
